Port plan hit by red tape

The plans to construct a port in Salford has provided with me with much ironical excitement, given that its only 20 or so years since we shut down the last port. I am pretty exicted by this development, despite it being a Peel Holdings development and despite the potential disruption which will be caused by its contruction. I just like boats and trains and the vision of turning Irlam into the next Duisberg!
