This fascinating project aims to academically and artistically represent the bleak and enigmatic Chat Moss, an area of farmland that along with the Manchester Ship Canal frames and defines the communities of Irlam and Cadishead, settlements which through a combination of geography and planning, have been pushed into a narrow ribbon of development along the A57.
