Fireline

Complex geographies of production are revealed in this news story relating to the sale of Irlam company to a Telford based firm. Fireline's main market is the British Isles, but its suppliers are European and Asian.

The new owners manufacture fires in Shropshire, but the surrounds are made in the North East.

Enterprise Finance Europe who brokered the deal are connected to Bank of Ireland and are based in Belfast, but have half a dozen offices in England, including Manchester.
